T-Storm is a fictional superhero created by the creator of this Wikki, kndnumbah5.   He has the power to shoot lightning bolts, and fly.  His emotions also can affect the weather.  (If he's sad, it rains; if he's happy, it's sunny; if he's mad, it's stormy; etc.)
